How much does a SCRAM bracelet cost?

SCRAM Continuous Alcohol Monitoring (SCRAM CAM®) is the most trusted and widely used 24/7 transdermal alcohol testing system worldwide. Worn on the ankle, the bracelet continuously samples perspiration every 30 minutes to monitor for any alcohol. The cost of a SCRAM bracelet depends on how long the bracelet is on the ankle for, and how often the reports are required.

The first step is for the Instructing Party (IP) to get a quote. The IP is the person who completes and signs AlphaBiolabs’ referral form and is liable for the final invoice. Our Customer Services team can also offer verbal or formal quotations via telephone or by email.

AlphaBiolabs offers a simple pricing scheme, which involves a single set fee for the tested time period. There are no hidden costs or extras to pay once you have obtained a quotation from us. It is also important to note that SCRAM CAM® is legal aid funded, which means that funding shouldn’t be an issue when court orders are obtained.

How are the SCRAM CAM® bracelets fitted?

One of AlphaBiolabs’ professionally trained sample collectors can travel to a location of your choice to install the wireless base station and fit the SCRAM bracelet to the ankle of your client. We also have a network of Walk in Centres across the UK where SCRAM bracelets can be fitted, removed and data downloaded completely free of charge. This could save you up to £95.00 on your test.
