We take the responsibility of customer care very seriously. Your complaint will be investigated by a Quality Assurance Manager and we will take appropriate action to ensure the issue is resolved and that it does not happen again.

If you do not consider the level of service you received to be 10/10 then we want to know what it is we can do to provide the best possible experience for our customers.
