Free legal test sample collection

Another way to make great savings with your legal testing is with our free Walk-in Centres.
At our walk in centers, sample collection is provided for free and does not require an appointment. Your client can just pop in at a time that is convenient to them (subject to opening days and times) so it is unlikely that they will not be able to attend the sample collection for any reason due to their flexible and convenient nature.

Ministry of Justice

AlphaBiolabs Ltd is accredited by the Ministry of Justice to carry out parentage tests as directed by the Civil Courts in England and Wales under Section 20 of the Family Law Reform Act (1969).

Our paternity testing service follows a strict chain of custody and that is what enables our test reports to be acceptable to the civil courts. It has been proved to be over 99.99% accurate and is admissible in a court of law as proof of paternity.

Our strict chain of custody procedure involves:

  1. Samples being collected by a neutral third party such as a company nurse or a doctor.
  2. Samples are sealed with tamper-proof tape at the sample collection appointment and either hand delivered to our laboratory, sent by post or by courier.
  3. Once the samples are logged into our laboratory they are thoroughly checked.
