How to register your test

Here you will find details of how to register your DNA Test or Health Test online.

It is extremely important that EVERY PERSON taking part in the test registers their test by completing an online registration and consent form.

IMPORTANT: You will not get your results if you do not register your test online.

DNA test registration

Including parental DNA tests, other relationship DNA tests, and all other DNA tests (e.g. viability tests, single genetic profile)

  • Enter the website address shown on the instruction sheet (enclosed in your test kit) into your web browser, or scan the QR code using your mobile phone camera to access the web page for your registration form
  • Enter your details, including the unique barcode from your Swab Envelope
  • Full details of how to collect your samples and return them to our laboratory are enclosed in your test kit

Health test registration

Including STI Tests, Genetic Coeliac Disease Tests and Genetic Lactose Intolerance Tests.

  • After purchasing your test, you will receive an email that includes a link to register your test
  • Follow this link on your web browser to complete your registration form
  • Ensure all your personal details are correct before collecting your samples
  • Full details of how to collect your samples and return them to our laboratory are enclosed in your test kit
